Our SWISS WATER® Process Fairtrade Organic Cascadia™ Blend decaf is a multi-origin blend of high quality Central, South American and Indonesian coffees. SWISS WATER® is a 100% chemical free process of removing the caffeine from green beans while maintaining coffee flavour and complexity. As one of the only decaffeinating processes in the world with organic certification, the SWISS WATER® Process signifies health, great taste and quality. Roasted to medium dark, this coffee is soft and mellow. Hints of cocoa and spice make for a great coffee alternative for those sensitive to caffeine.
